In support of the FLG staff, the contractor will be developing scripts that support and enhance core business processes across GSuite services as well as administering the GSuite Domain.

➢ GSuite Developer and Administrator
PREFERRED TEAM MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS
➢ Candidates must be proficient in Google GSuite, GSuite Apps Scripting, and have an understanding of business process improvement using automation.
➢ As a GSuite Developer, the candidate must be able to perform the following tasks: Review existing scripts and make modifications to fit business needs - Add custom menus, dialogs, and sidebars to Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms - Write custom functions for Google Sheets and Google Slides. - Publish web apps and embed in Google Sites - Develop workflows using Hangouts Chat (bots) - Use GSuite Services to develop new business process automation tasks including CalendarApp, DocumentApp, DriveApp, FormApp, GmailApp, GroupsApp, SlidesApp, and SpreadsheetApp. - Use Advanced Google Services to develop and integrate business processes via APIs including Admin SDK, Analytics, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Tasks. - Use Script Services (URLFetchApp) to make API calls to non-Google services using JSON. - Securely configure and maintain authentication scopes.
➢ As a GSuite Administrator, the candidate must be able to perform the following tasks: Create and maintain user accounts -Securely configure Google Groups for email distribution lists and access control. - Configure and maintain domain resources including virtual conference rooms, calendar integration, and Zoom. - Configure and maintain Device Management including Mobile devices, Managed Browsers, and Endpoint Verification. - Manage Google Apps settings for GSuite Core Services and Additional Google - - Services while understanding security implications. - Familiar with SAML apps and Managing SSO. - Interpreting reports and responding to security alerts.
30-day initial contract with potential for long term contracting agreement.
10 hours per week preferred.
Remote/Ability to work from home from anywhere in the world. Must have reliable internet access as the projects will be managed and coordinated via email and teleconference as needed.
